Each Application (displayed by icons) addresses a distinct aspect of business operations,  such as sales, inventory management, accounting, human resources, manufacturing, and many more. 

Users can configure Applications based on their specific business needs.

Functional icons in the top-right corner will appear depending on which apps are installed:

The bubble icon is used for conversations. The counter shows a quantity of unread messages. We can see all of them in the Discuss app.

POS creation


To create a POS session navigate POS app > Configuration > Point of Sale:

Here we can see the list of existing Points of Sale and can also create a new one by clicking on “Create” button.

The creation form will be opened. Check how to configure Point of Sale in the chapter “Pos session settings”.


If we need to edit the settings of existing POS session > just click on the respective POS session from the list or access the drop-down menu from the POS at the Dashboard:


PoS app > Dashboard > open drop-down menu > Settings

This will open the page with the configurations of PoS.

Important!

Some fields in the POS session settings can be modified only when the respective POS session is closed.


User Profile


To reach User Profile menu: click on the user’s name and see the drop-down menu below, click at "My Profile" item:

The user's form will be opened, and multiple fields can be modified:



Preferences Tab

By default, the Preferences tab will be opened as soon as we click “My Profile”, let’s check the most useful fields:

Notification field - configure which way to receive the notifications (recommended: "by Emails"). 


Email field - Configure the email for corresponding and notifications.


To change Language - click the globe icon next to the Language option, then search for the preferred language.


Timezone field - choose according to the current location or work schedule.


Email signature field - allows users to create and customize a signature block automatically appended to the bottom of outgoing emails sent through the system.



Account Security Tab

In case we forget the password to access the system, we can change it here.

Click on “Change Password” — this will trigger an email sent to the user’s email address with instructions for resetting the password.
